Choosing a therapist is hard enough without also having to figure out who's actually a good fit. Here's what working with me looks like in practice, so you can decide for yourself.
You're not a checklist
I won't treat you like one. I work integratively, drawing on several therapeutic approaches rather than locking into a single method, and we adjust based on what's actually helping. Your space, your pace.
A genuinely multicultural perspective
I was raised in a biracial (Asian-European) household, where two very different sets of cultural values often clashed. I also grew up attending international schools, navigating the unique pressures and social dynamics that come with them. I understand what it's like to feel caught between worlds, and I connect deeply with clients who have grown up abroad, moved countries often, or don't fully feel at home in one place. My exposure to both conservative and progressive perspectives also helps me work sensitively with people from many walks of life.
Flexible, accessible, and online
Sessions are fully online, so you can join from wherever you are, including while travelling. I offer evenings and weekends, and same-week availability is often possible.Â
A free call before you commit to anything
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. A free 30-minute consultation lets us talk through what's bringing you here and how I work, so you can decide if it's a good fit with no pressure either way.
